Below the second, units go decimal, not sexagesimal: a millisecond is a thousandth of a second, a microsecond a millionth. Above the day, the neat chain breaks because months vary from 28 to 31 days and years from 365 to 366, so "one month in seconds" has no single answer without picking a specific month.
There is also the rare leap second, occasionally added to keep clocks aligned with Earth's slightly irregular rotation, which makes a handful of days 86,401 seconds long. For everyday conversions you can safely ignore it and treat a day as exactly 86,400 seconds.
