Parking ratio calculator
The parking ratio of a commercial property, on both conventions at once: spaces per 1,000 ft² of leasable area — the figure US tenants and lenders compare — and spaces per 100 m², the way the same car park is described in Europe. They are not interchangeable: 1,000 ft² is 92.903 m², so 4 spaces per 1,000 ft² is 4.31 per 100 m².
