Where do the figures come from?

Two published equations, both named on the page. HbA1c to estimated average glucose is the ADAG study (Nathan et al., Diabetes Care 2008;31:1473-1478): eAG = 28.7 × A1c − 46.7. DCCT/NGSP percent to IFCC mmol/mol is the IFCC master equation: mmol/mol = (DCCT % − 2.15) × 10.929. The diagnostic thresholds are the American Diabetes Association's Standards of Care.
